<3 HOW TO LOOK MORE AWAKE <3
We all have those days.... either school, work, or the gym is making us leave our comfortable beds. We're tired, and we look it! Whether it's bags under your eyes or just a tired face, I have some great and easy tips to make you look awake again. :)
 STEP #1: UNDER EYE CONCEALER
This is a must for me haha :) This is the Maybelline Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circles. I have a separate review on this if you want to check it out. Overall though, it's an awesome under eye concealer :) Put this in a triangle under your eyes and blend. It will make you look fresh and awake!
STEP #2: BLUSH
I'm a blush lover! The one on top of this stack is Mac's cream blush in 'So Sweet, So Easy'. Not my favorite looks kinda patchy and feels sticky, but any blush will do! I put mine on the apples of my cheeks and blend back. It gives you a healthy glow!
STEP #3: HIGHLIGHT

Highlighting the inner corner of your eye and under the highest point in your brow illuminates and brightens your eyes. I usually use Virgin from Naked 1 or Venus from Naked Basics, but Sin (Naked 1) and foxy (Naked Basics) work too! I use my finger to apply a small dot in my inner corner and under my brow. Big difference!
STEP #4:  MASCARA
Gotta love mascara! Here i have L'Oreal Telescopic mascara (eh not the best), Clinique High Impact Mascara (good), and Covergirl's Clump Crusher (my fav.) Curling your lashes before applying mascara makes the eyes appear more open and awake.
STEP #5: LIPPIES

Here I have Nivea's A Kiss of Milk and Honey chap stick and Burt's Bees lip shimmer in Champagne and Guava. You look more healthier when your lips aren't chapped and a little bit of shimmer/gloss always helps:)
Hope you enjoyed this post! :) Comment and follow if you like! Many more posts coming soon :) Have a great day, and happy almost Friday! <3

:) NAIL POLISH OF THE DAY #1! :)
I love painting my nails, but I despise the constant chipping! :( That's why this week I opted for a light pink color, when it chips it's far less noticeable than a bright or neon color. I also added a sparkly top coat that I love sooo much, and it shines in the sun! :)

The base (pink) color: Aphrodite's Pink Night by OPI

Top Coat (Silver Sparkles): Queen Of Beauty by Sinful Colors

I had to apply about 3 coats of the pink because it is more of a sheer nail polish, and I didn't want to see my nail through it. The sparkly top coat, though, only required one coat! That's kind of surprising for a glittery top coat because usually it takes forever to see enough of the glitter, but this has lots! :) Hope you enjoyed this post, and comment! I will always respond to comments and follow you back. <3 Hope you're having a great day and don't forget to smile. :) :) :)

<3 MY FAVORITE UNDER EYE CONCEALER! <3
I don't know about you guys, but my under eye circles are purple and puffy and not cute what so ever! I've tried a lot of undereye concealers trying to shield my eye bags from the world, but they either cake up or are too shear or sink into pores (which makes the problem even worse!)

I've heard a lot of great reviews about the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circles, so I gave it a try about 2 months ago. I'm in the lightest color: Fair. I found it at my local drugstore. :) It was about $8.
The sponge applier has caused a lot of anger from some who say it's germy or not hygienic. I personally do not have a big problem with it, but if you do, you can remove the sponge tip and wash it regularly. The first time you use this product, you have to turn it up for awhile to get the product coming. I applied it and was surprised on how creamy and nice it went on my skin. It is very pigmented, which is great for concealing! It blended fairly easily with my fingers and also with a brush.
I love how it conceals, and it lasts practically all day! If I'm going out somewhere at night, I will touch it up but it remains in tact for the majority of the day. I have already repurchased it because I was running out of my first! Overall, awesome concealer recommend it to all! <3 Hope you're enjoying my blog! Leave a comment, I will definitely respond and follow for a follow. :) Enjoy your day!

:) NYX SLIM EYE PENCIL REVIEW! :)
I bought this pencil a few weeks ago at Ulta, and I wanted to do a review on it! It's in a gorgeous lavender shade called Lavender Glitter (SPE935) Since a big spring trend is a pop of colored eyeliner, I was excited to try it. At only $3.50, why not!
I swatched the pencil on my hand and was excited it look pretty pigmented, had to go back and forth a few times but for the most part looked pretty good.
As I began applying the pencil on my lower lash line, I realized that it was not smooth. I had to tug it back and forth about 5 times before getting a decent color. Not the best pencil for sensitive the under eye area! The wearing power is also not great. It faded about halfway through the day, and it is not noticeable. It did come off easily with makeup remover though.
Overall, would not repurchase. :( That stinks because it's so stinkin' cheap! Haha, but not the greatest formula and pigmentation.
Hope you enjoyed my first review!  :) If you did, please follow me because much more to come! If you leave a comment with you blog's URL, I will definetly check it out. Until next time! :)
